Corporate experience. ADHD insight. Real change for your organisation.
I spent 15 years in commercial real estate before a late ADHD diagnosis reframed everything I thought I knew about work, performance, and potential. Now I bring that combination of corporate credibility and lived experience to organisations through speaking and training that actually moves the needle.
About Jack Ward
I'm Jack Ward, a speaker, trainer and advocate for neurodivergent talent in the workplace, and someone who spent 15 years in commercial real estate quietly managing a brain that worked differently to everyone around me.
Being diagnosed with ADHD at 34 was a turning point. It reframed everything: not just how I understood myself, but how I understood the organisations I'd worked in, the colleagues I'd watched struggle, and the potential that goes untapped when workplaces aren't built with diverse minds in mind.
I've since trained as a certified ADHD coach through the ADHD Works Executive Functioning Coaching Framework, and I bring that combination of lived experience and practical expertise into organisations that are ready to move beyond awareness and start doing things differently.

I speak at conferences, leadership events and company away days on ADHD, performance and workplace culture. My talks draw on 15 years of corporate experience and my own late diagnosis. Honest, evidence-informed, and designed to shift perspectives rather than tick a box.
Topics include: ADHD in the workplace beyond the stereotypes / The business case for neurodiversity / Executive functioning and performance under pressure / Building psychologically safe, neurodiverse teams
-
My workshops are built for teams, managers and HR professionals who want practical tools, not just awareness. Sessions cover executive functioning, communication, workplace adjustments, and how to support neurodiverse employees to do their best work.
Available as: half-day or full-day workshops / lunch and learn sessions / bespoke team programmes
